If we get complaint of any Manufacturing defect as a reason of return then our Customer Care representative will ask for the Product picture.
The same will be investigated internally with team members and if we feel so it is a genuine complaint of the Customer then free pick up will be
arranged for the customer in next 48-72 hours and free reshipment will be arranged for the customer.
We will proceed to complete refund process and send in customer bank account within 5 to 7 working days in case of cancellation of order.
